For the next three weeks, we are on a break/rest from boot camp. Luckily, we are still meeting some to run/bike. Monday, I was still so sore that I couldn't hardly work. Tuesday, I got up super early to run down in Surfside. I did about 4 miles, most of which was running, but some walking in the middle. Today I did a little bit of lifting and pushups. Ok, I'm going to back to watching tv... didn't you know that it is couch week. (AKA season premere week!)
