Early Running

I did it... I woke up at 5:30am and went for an early morning run. I did intervals of 2 min walk, 2 min run. It was pretty humid, but there was a breeze. And at the finish, the sun was rising. How cool. Then this morning Connie came back to work and then I got to see Jackie's wedding pictures. How fun the late 80's/early 90's hairdos were... not to mention the dresses! But, hey... pepto-bismol did NOT drench the church like it did for Julia Roberts in Steel Magnolias. The pictures were quite good. Ok, back to work. Hasta till tomorrow.
